Cancellation Policy

We want you to be comfortable booking our services. This policy explains when a booking or purchase can be cancelled and how refunds are handled.

Consultation bookings

You may reschedule or cancel a confirmed consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% charge, as the astrologer's slot is reserved for you.
If we cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, you will be offered a new slot or a full refund.

E-book purchases

E-book requests are listed as Pending until approved by our team.
You may cancel a request while it is still pending by contacting support — no charge is made.
Once an e-book has been approved and delivered, the sale is final, as digital content cannot be returned.

Reports & remedies

Personalised reports and remedy items are prepared for you individually and are non-refundable once delivered, unless the report was not delivered due to a technical fault from our side.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 working days.
Crediting to your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take a further 5–7 working days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
